The Bioengineering Center is chiefly engaged in causes of biological beautification and modern microorganism fermentation. Both subsidiaries it holds, namely, Dongguan Baolijian Bioengineering Research & Development Co., Ltd. and Dongguan Global Chemical Industry Co., Ltd. mainly research and develop modern biological beautification series products and high-tech biological fermentation products via high-tech bioengineering technologies.

Founded on July 18th 2003 and with registered capitals of HKD 20 million, Dongguan Baolijian Bioengineering Research & Development Co., Ltd. is mainly devoted into research and development of bioengineering products. It researches and develops biological beautification factor, bio-enzyme preparation and biochemical products, is armed with talented technicians of high education degree and equipped with state-of-the-art instruments, and it also established modern biological technology laboratory, GMP middle stage test workshop and modern microorganism industrialization middle stage test base.

Founded in 1998 and with registered capitals of 8 million, Dongguan Global Chemical industry Co., Ltd. is mainly dedicated to manufacture and sale of environmental-friendly household cleansing series products, personal care products (hair-care essence) as well as industrial surface-active agents (softening agent) and so on. In order to cater for the development tendency of high-tech industry, major adjustments are made to the entire Global Group. In 2005, the group invested 40 million to construct the Global Chemical Cellulase Production Base equipped with 4 sets of 50m3 BOT semi-automatic fermentation control system and post-extraction devices. The factory building in question is occupied almost 20,000m2 in area and put into production in September, 2007 with an annual output of 5000 tons.
