Successfully developed independently the world’s leading high-tech environmental-friendly equipment - Automatic Feeding and Discharging Industrial Continuous Discarded Tyres Crack and Oilization Treatment System. Processed by advanced normal pressure low temperature cracking techniques and state-of-the-art environmental-friendly safety treatment unit, disposed tyres can turn into standard petroleum, diesel and natural gas through a chain of procedures and during this process, no emission of waste water, gas and rubbish occurs. Therefore, while black pollution can be disposed well, waste becomes useful again.
According to incomplete statistics, there were 3 billion discarded tyres around the world in 2005, and such a figure keeps rising by 1 billion annually. In 2003, 2004 and 2005, there were 0.1billion, 0.112 billion and 0.14billion discarded tyres throughout China respectively. It is estimated that by the end of 2010 the figure would stand at 0.2 billion.
Environment Pollution Caused by Disposed Tyres
- which is hard to or can not melt, and it takes several centuries for its big molecules to decompose into the soil without affecting growth of plants.,
- More and more discard tyres are piled up, resulting in not only occupancy of land but also creating a warm bed for harmful mosquitoes and insects as well as fire disaster.
Current Status of Obsolete Tyres Pollution
As the nationwide plastic consumption is on the rise year after year, the apparent consumption of polyethylene and polypropylene in 2003 researched 15.8 million tons, which is expected to be 26.85 million tons by the end of 2010. Nearly half of plastic products are discarded within 2 years and there are around 4~5 million tons of plastic rubbish recycled annually. According to the 10th 5-year Proposal for Regenerated Resources Recycled for Utilization, by the end of 2005, about 5~4 million tons of used plastics will be recycled. However, the total figure in 2004 was only in excess of 2 million tons.
Environment Pollution Caused by Disposed Tyres :
- To decompose a plastic bag completely, it usually takes 100 years;
- The used plastic bags mixed with soil hinder crops from absorbing nutrients and water, leading to turnout reduction of agriculture crops.
- The floating plastic bags on the river cause much trouble in getting water and even clog water pumps, imposing huge losses upon industrial production and hydroelectric power station and inconvenience upon navigation.
- If burning, plastic bags produce a carcinogenic chemical - dibenzo-p-dioxin which also causes pollution to the atmosphere.
