SCOURING AGENT 829

  Scouring agents 829 is an eco-friendly

  cotton fiber composite scouring agent,

  mainly used in cotton yarn, cotton knitwear

  in the pre-bleaching stain treatment. 829

  is the major change of the traditional

  caustic soda, soda ash scouring process.

  Using 829 then no need to use of caustic

soda, soda ash, penetrating agent, scouring agent, and oxygen bleaching

agent in a variety of additives. Cotton on the scouring of the enzyme is an

efficient and rapid biochemical role, has changed the traditional process

of refining ways and means to gradually increase the current environmental

requirements and the "green production" may choose to provide an effective

way.

Physical and chemical specification: 

 -- Appearance: white to pale yellow dust-free half granular

-- PH value: (0.1% in water) 11.5 ± 0.5

-- Solubility: easily dissolved in water at room temperature

Use and performance:

-- Scouring of 829 is lower  injury to the fabric, lower  weight loss than

the  traditional process  (up to 0.5-1%).

-- Scouring of 829 can easily drift net after washing, rinsing to reduce

the  number of shorter working hours, thus saving water, electricity, gas

greatly then reduce to load of wastewater treatment.

Usage, dosage and direction for Usage:

-- Usage: ① scouring agent  829 :1.5-2g / L; ② H2O2 (50%): 3-5g / L ③

bath ratio  :1:10-15

-- Reference Technology :98-100 ℃, 60 minutes, washed heat, then acidic 

and cold water washing.

Storage and package:

-- A shelf of 6-9 months when store in a cool, dry and dark room.

-- 30kg in nylon bag.
