Physical and ChemicalSpecification:

  --Appearance:  Paste form

  --Composition: Aliphatic acid and aliphatic

  amine

  --Ionic: Weak cationic

  --PH Value：3~5 at 10% solution

  --Solubility：Can be dissolved with cold

water in any proportion

--Can be used with softer flakes that are nonionic and cationic to reduce

the cost

Dilution Method:

--Cool dilution： Pour the paste slowly into water (30℃) in the proportion

of 6-10%, stir the mixture slowly to split the paste for 30-60 minutes.

After observing the pastes are totally dissolved, re-stir the mixture

slowly to get an even paste.

--Warm Dilution： Pour the paste slowly into room temperature water in the

proportion of 6-10%, heat to 75±5℃, then stir it for 30-60 min until the

flakes melt and become a paste.

Direction for Usage:

--Padding process：paste ：15~30g/L, exhaust and pad at 30~40℃ 

--Dipping：paste ：3~8%（o.w.f） bath ratio：1:10~15 for 15~30 min at

40~50℃ 

Properties:

⒈Salt and alkali resistance.

⒉Suitable for cotton, linen and their blending products. Produce a soft,

fluffy handle.

⒊Super soft hands feel, suitable for cotton and their blended fabrics.

⒋Low yellowing and low foam.

Notes:

--Customers are advised to optimize the process for each kind of machines

and fabric types.

--Please perform compatibility test when using this product with other

softener or auxiliaries.

Storage and Package:

--A shelf life of six months when store in a cool, dry and dark room.

--120kg in plastic drum.
