SOFT OIL PE-100/PE-200

(Hydrophilicity,Low foam)

Physical and ChemicalSpecification:

  --Appearance：yellowish viscous fluid

  --Composition:fatty acid amine compound

  --Active content:90±1%

  --Ionic Character:nonionic

  --PH value: 3-4(10% solution)

Dilution Method:

--Pour PE-100 or PE-200 slowly into water(30℃) in the proportion of 6-

10%,stir 30-60 mins until it mixed completely.

Direction for Usage:

-- Padding process: 2-3 g/l, exhaust and pad at 30-40℃

-- Dipping process: 0.3-0.8% (o.w.f.),bath ratio 1:10-15,for 15-30 mins at

40-50℃.

Properties:

--Except provide fibre and textile good of soften,lubricate hands feel and

it’s fibre and textile can’t produce yellow chang.

--PE-100 or PE-200 has best of hydrophilic.It’s can clear increase fibre

and textile of absorb water.

--It’s best low of foam,and ride film and silicone oil etc soften of

shortcoming in using produce of foam. 

--Easily dissolve,can dissolve in cold water and hot water.

Notes:

--Customers are advised to optimize the process for each kind of machines

and fabric types.

--Please perform compatibility test when using this product with other

softener or auxiliaries.

Storage and Package:

--A shelf life of 12 months when store in a cool, dry and dark room.
