FLUFFING AGENT-SOULBIO WS

Physical and ChemicalSpecification:

  --Appearance：White to light yellow pearl  

  paste.

  --Ionic Character:Cationic.

  --PH value: 6-7

  --Solubility:Can be diluted with cool or

  warm water in any proportion.

Dilution Method:

--In the certain proportion of 10-50%,pour WS slowly into cool or warm

water(60-70℃),stir the mixture until it mixed completely.

Direction for Usage:

-- Padding process: 10-30 g/l, exhaust and pad at 30-40℃

-- Dipping process: 2-5% (o.w.f.),bath ratio 1:10-15,optimum temperature

40-50℃,15-30min.

Properties:

--WS is a softener for cellulose,chemical fibres,cotton,poly-cotton,wool

and their blending fabrics.It gives the fabrics a super softening and bulky

effect.

--Specializde in woven sweaters,gives sweaters bulky and elastic hand

feels.

--It can make sweaters more flocculent

Storage and Package:

--A shelf life of 12 months when store in a cool, dry and dark room.
