 1、Biological Beautification Factor Research Technical Platform The biological beautification factor manufactured via modern biological technology is gaining recognition from more and more customers due to its unique function in skin metabolism promotion and skin tissue structure improvement etc. derived from high effective bioactivity, which is wildly accepted as a new generation of beautification product. Currently, the group is technically competent at developing a series of factors in this field on the technical platforms like pronucleus and eukaryote systems, the fermentation system included, as well as executing the massive production on those platforms such as hEGF etc. If added into beautification products such as Marjorie Bertagne series beautification & skincare products which are rich in hEGF, this sort of factors could function better.
2、Modern Microorganism Fermentation Field
The biggest Modern Microorganism Middle Stage Test Manufacture Base throughout the country is established, consisting of central analysis laboratory, microcomputer control room, fermentation workshop, extraction workshop, refining workshop and finished products workshop etc. In the fermentation workshop, 2 sets of fully-automatic fermentation tanks ranging from 100liters, 1ton, 5tons to 10tons in volume are built up, making it possible to run several microorganism middle stage test production plans simultaneously. In addition, the world's most advanced devices such as molecular distiller, Ultra-filter system, fine-filter system, large horizontal screw centrifuge, three-effect concentrator, scraper concentrator, final product inspector and dividing system are also equipped.
3、Cellulase Production Base
In 2005, the group invested 40 million into constructing the Global Chemical Cellulase Production Base equipped with 4 sets of 50m3 BOT semi-automatic fermentation tanks, control system and post-extraction devices. The factory building is 20,000m2 in area and has begun operation since September 2007. This project takes 2 years’ painstaking work by the researchers of the post-doctoral working station and adopts modern bioengineering technologies to produce cellulose gene engineering bacteria. Only within a year, the laboratory and middle stage magnification research relating to cellulase as well as the application research of cellulose washing jeans cloth and textile systemization was accomplished. The result of research is turned out to be satisfactory, and such a technology fills up the blank in the country and bears significance toward biological technology research and development.
4、Application Research Platform
To go along with the research & development requirements in connection with enzyme downstream application technology, the company in 2007 set up 2 laboratories exclusively for development of cellulose application technology, namely, water-washing laboratory and cellulose re-preparation laboratory. The water-washing laboratory contains the world’s most advanced color gloss variation and color difference value instrument for textile products following cellulose treatment, this is the color inspection and match instrument made by America’s Datacolour, in addition to other imported test devices for textile including electronic textile strength instrument, hardness instrument, standard light box and textile friction box etc. with the intention to cradle a complete set of inspection system for textiles in terms of appearance, texture, surface gloss, softness/color gloss variation and strength change after being treated with enzyme. On the other hand, the re-preparation laboratory owns various advanced instruments and devices as well as textile agents which can be employed to activate the activity of enzyme existing in cellulose so as to improve its function of removing coarse fiber balls on the textile surface and the jeans cloth as well. This laboratory aims to provide optimized re-preparation technique for each cellulose product. In the times of flourishing environmental-friendly technologies, the dying and finishing enterprises could reduce cost considerably spent on water, electricity, energies and pollution treatment if optimized cellulose series products are available. |
